FRANCHISE POLICY
1. Franchise Concept
TASTE & COME BACK is an American food and beverage franchise offering a convenient, high-quality experience from breakfast through dinner.
Our menu may include premium coffee, breakfast items, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, French fries, snacks, desserts, and beverages.
2. Franchise Membership
Approved franchise partners may receive an Annual Franchise Membership with access to the TASTE & COME BACK brand, operating standards, training, marketing support, and ongoing business guidance, subject to the Franchise Agreement.
3. Franchise Fees
Applicable fees may include:
- Initial Franchise Fee
- Annual Membership / Renewal Fee
- Royalty Fee
- Marketing Fee
- Training Fee
- Technology / POS Fee
- Location Approval Fee
- Design & Signage Costs
- Equipment & Installation Costs
- Initial Inventory & Opening Supplies
- Grand Opening Marketing Costs
- Transfer or Renewal Fees, where applicable
Fee amounts and payment terms will be provided in the applicable franchise documents.
4. Franchise Support
TASTE & COME BACK may provide approved franchise partners with:
- Initial Training
- Operating Guidelines
- Menu & Quality Standards
- Marketing Materials
- Store Design Guidelines
- Opening Support
- Ongoing Operational Support
5. Brand Standards
All franchise locations must maintain TASTE & COME BACK standards for food quality, beverage quality, cleanliness, customer service, branding, operations, and customer experience.
6. Location & Approval
All franchise locations are subject to TASTE & COME BACK approval and applicable franchise requirements. Location selection may consider market conditions, visibility, traffic, parking, size, and drive-through suitability.
7. Franchise Application
Franchise approval is subject to an application, qualification, location review, and execution of the required franchise documents.
